PayPal Homepage Redesign

The goal of this project was to redesign the Consumer homepage to improve performance and align with an updated design direction while ensuring the design system could be extended to new markets. A dedicated UX strategy guided the storytelling for each section of the page, ensuring content flowed logically and connected with users while meeting business goals.

Process

I explored multiple creative directions through wireframes and prototypes to optimize the layout and storytelling of the homepage. Animations and static assets were designed to reinforce the brand and create a more engaging experience. I worked closely with stakeholders to align the page with business goals and collaborated with developers to ensure seamless implementation.

In parallel, I worked with the globalization team to localize the new experience for the German market, adapting components to the local value proposition and collaborating with authors to implement the design.

Solution

The outcome was a redesigned homepage for the US market and a localized version for Germany. Both versions balanced business requirements with engaging user experiences, while maintaining consistency with the broader design direction.
